Requirements / Scope of Work

• Minimum Degree or any equivalent certificate.

• Minimum 10 years working experience
• Focus on exploring and introducing EES capabilities in MRO into the oil and gas and commercial segment.
• Participate in invitation to quote, project bids and tenders relevant to company’s capabilities.
• Foster relationship with clients and promote strategic partnership.
• Train and groom staff to be able to attend and manage customer requests.
• Perform site visits, inspection, produce report whenever is necessary.
• Register the company in relevant organizations and associations to gain better knowledge on the industry and propose business prospects.

Requirements / Scope of Work

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or any related disciplines.

• Minimum 10 years working experience

• Familiar with electrical and electronics engineering discipline, products and application. Preferably in marine engineering or oil & gas or commercial sector.

• Survey and develop business plan related to electronics MRO landscape in Naval Maritime Sector, Government Agencies and Commercial sectors.

• Acquire appointments or agencies from electronic makers / manufacturers.

• Liaise with customers and participate in quotes / tenders.

• Propose development program to groom and train electronic / electrical based technicians.

• Manage recruitment and certification for technicians.

• Contribute in developing a  qualified electronic and electrical engineering MRO Centre.

• Participate in invitation to quote, project bids and tenders relevant to company’s capabilities under the instruction of the Senior Manager.

• Foster relationship with clients and promote strategic partnership.

• Seek guidance and training from Senior Manager to equip with essential know-how and capabilities.

• Perform site visits, inspection, produce report whenever is necessary.

• Register the company in relevant organizations and associations to gain better knowledge on the industry and propose business prospects.

• Minimum 5 years working experience

• Execute the MRO activities under the instruction of the workshop manager

• To report to the workshop manager on daily works either in the workshop or doing onsite works.

• Implementation of MRO works according to manufacturer or standards engineering requirements.

• To maintain high degree of upkeep and facility maintenance and to comply to standard workshop processes.

• Update the workshop manager on work progress

• Perform and record planned maintenance of various workshop equipment.

• Completion of all necessary paper work daily including timesheets and work orders.
